All bookings made via this website are processed through Xola. Prices are in Euros (€). Your booking is only confirmed once you receive an automated email receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Public Tours

• Full refund with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice of cancellation.

Private Tours

• Full refund: Minimum of 14 days advance notice of cancellation.
• 70% refund: Between 14 days and 3 days advance notice of cancellation.
• No refund: Less than 3 days advance notice of cancellation.

Safety and Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who behaves in a way that threatens the safety of the group.

Guests must disclose any dietary restrictions or physical limitations at the time of booking.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Madrid.
